Hi Guys! The Freshers Fair is fast approaching and we're looking for some CUHWC members to come and help out, if you'd like to do a slot please add your name to the wiki! We're limited to two people behind (/in front of) our stall at any one time and at busy times (like the middle of the day) we definitely want two people! The fair starts at 10:00 and ends at 16:00 but we'll need to set up/pack away at the start and end of each day.
Useful info for Freshers Fair:
- Our stall is Marquee MD3
- You will need to wear a lanyard whilst at the stall - remember to take one from the person you're replacing. For the first shift these will be distributed by CUSU staff to whoever is at our stall.

Also this year there is a separate sports fair, so please also sign up for that! This runs from 13:00 to 17:00 on Monday 1st October at the University Sports Centre on the West Cambridge site.
Useful info for Sports Fair:
- Our stall is number 39
- We can have as many people as we want on the stall - it's a large (6ft) table
- There is no power at our (or any other) table - if you're lending us your laptop, please make sure it's fully charged
