Shropshire Day Trip sign-up, 3rd February 2019

This is the signup form for our Lent term day trip to the Shropshire Hills AONB on Sunday 3rd February.

Please state your name, e-mail and (if you'd like) the names and e-mail addresses of up to 2 people with whom you'd like to go. Places will be assigned at random, with either all or none of the people you name getting a place (with the same likelihood as if you applied alone). If you get a place and drop out, you'll be less likely to get a place on future trips, and if we're unable to find a replacement you'll have to pay for your place (see our drop out policy). The trip fee is £20.
