Timetable for year, with people to approach for each part, and leadtimes
Oct 13: Email announcing year, celebrations, update on the state of the club, everyone welcome on all trips, if space - priority to current members. Open list of wainwrights, sections of peninne way, to be completed as a club over the year. A4 flier on current club, and celebratory events. 1 month
Nov 13: Annual dinner, black tie in cambridge college, curry? to keep costs down. Open to duffers, not primarily. Could be linked with a weekend in Cambridge, with history displays, talks, walks, no punting etc. 3 months
Jan 13. T-Shirts
Feb 14: 14th-16th or 21st-23rd. Lakes Dinner 150 people.
Place - ask ruth (egg) to find somewhere asap Langdale likely, but also try outside of lakes. (2 years)
Ruth could also be asked to investigate catering (9 month)
Ideas:
Marquee to house everyone in? Coppermines?
2 sittings? Family and Friends (50), then others (100)
Speeching in between?
Club bunkhouse away from eatery - Stickle Gyhll, need designated drivers.
invite duffers 6 months before.
non student club members can pay what they want (above the club price)
Club spaces will be reserved in advance, but only allocated at sign up as normal.
June 14: Overnight punting in may week, but no garden party.
June 14: Garden Party - weekend after may week? students may have to crash on floors.
Weekend of activites: history display, talks (history, mountains, expedition), walks, day punting.
College garden party or granchester? Pay a bit more for food?
July/August 14: summer trip. Duffers to organise as they do every year, but entire club invited. James Blake, 6 month
July/August 14: Alps trip suitable and open to everyone. availability for everyone to get up F (including duffling??)
Sept 14: Journal: Bound book of previous journals + TAJ, anniversary year one included, larger, better photos etc.
Artwork, photos, duffers contribution, each event has input, duffling?
leadtime - 1 year.
Does this come out on dinner weekend (will not include anniversary year) or at end of year (less easy to sell)

- Email to duffers canvassing potential interest and accommodation preferences so we can decide whether extra accommodation (eg Elterwater YHA; Stickle Barn) is needed?
- Start campaign to get in touch with off-the-radar duffers? - word of mouth
